The staff ensured airport transportation was arranged, also tours and tuktuk rides to the town. breakfast service was excellent. They offered to prepare anything i wanted. the rooftop bar provided tasty cocktails and snacks along with great service.
i noticed a very faint sewer odor near the pool area, it was slight though.

The hotel staff greeted me always by my name. Fresh drinks were available in the fridge every day. I found the rooftop bar had tasty snacks and sunset views. I enjoyed the daily sweets left during turn-down service.
The power went out once during the night, so that woke me up.

The breakfast buffet included Western options. The Sinigang na Salmon tasted great. The Maldita cocktail surprised me. I also recommend the garlic butter steamed shrimps. The salted egg version is excellent.

the staff greeted us warmly with a refreshing welcome drink. they explained the amenities in detail including the rooftop bar the pool area and breakfast arrangements. one receptionist noticed our moped tire needed air and guided us to a place to inflate it. the service was pretty good adding to a wonderful stay.
i found the power cuts in the night disruptive to my sleep. lotion robes and slippers could enhance the luxury feel
